2 ripe bananas
1 cup shredded zucchini
3 flax eggs (or 3 actual eggs)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop FEM Power Protein Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease a muffin tin with spray oil set aside. Mash ripe bananas, blend together with shredded zucchini and flax meal mix in mixer or blender. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, FEM Power Protein Powder and baking soda into mixer- blend until all ingredients have full mixed in. Pour a small amount in each muffin tin, add semi sweet chocolate chips. Pour remaining mixture in the tin, add more chocolate chunks on top if you desire! Enjoy!
