Holiday Season Shipping Dates (to assure December 24th delivery)

First Class Mail- December 15th

Priority Mail- December 18th 

Fed-Ex 2-Day- December 20th

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, (USPS). Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days after order is placed, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Expedited shipping (2-day) is available.  After 12:00 pm all orders will ship the next business day.

Please allow 10-21 days for international shipments outside the US.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your order.

Hocsocx Returns and Exchange Policy

You have the right to exchange or return Hocsocx for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them.  The item(s) have to be unused with labels and packaging intact for hygiene reasons. When you return or exchange an item(s), you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping. 

How to Return or Exchange Hocsocx


Contact us by filling out the below form and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.

If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than ww.hocsocx.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.
